Over three days in Bali, RESET brings together thoughtful professional conversations, highly skilled presenters, facilitated and experiential sessions, practical approaches to professional sustainability and wellbeing, cultural experiences, shared meals and genuine connection — while still leaving enough space to actually enjoy where you are.
There is no expectation that every moment needs to be filled.
There will be time to think. Time to talk. Time to move. Time to learn. Time to connect with colleagues outside the usual professional environment. And importantly, time to enjoy Bali.
RESET is about stepping away from the pace and pressure of professional life long enough to consider how we work, how we lead, how we relate to others, and how we sustain ourselves in careers that ask a great deal of us.
You will leave with more than notes from presentations.
The intention is that you return to your work rested, reconnected and with practical insights you can carry into the way you practise, communicate, lead and live.
RESET has been intentionally scheduled during the July school holidays, because professional development does not necessarily need to mean choosing between investing in yourself and spending time with the people who matter to you.
Your partner and children are welcome to join the social elements of RESET, including selected meals and the Bali cultural experience, through companion and children's packages.
While you take part in the professional RESET program, they can enjoy Bali — and when the formal sessions finish, you can come back together.
